Maintenance

Our hours of operation for maintenance are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (closed on Fridays). For maintenance service during our normal hours, please call 404 669-9060.

Residents should report all maintenance issues as soon as possible by submitting a work order. Reporting maintenance issues promptly and cooperating with repairs helps keep homes safe and comfortable.

For maintenance emergencies only on weekends or after 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday, please call 404 379-6929.

Considered maintenance emergencies are:

  • Broken Door Lock or Window
  • Broken Water Line
  • Exposed Electrical Line
  • Fire (please dial 9-1-1 first)
  • Flooding
  • Gas Leak (please dial 9-1-1 first)
  • No Air Conditioning (when temperature is above 85 degrees)
  • No Heat (when temperature is below 50 degrees)
  • Plumbing Backups (overflowing toilet, exposure to raw sewage, etc.)

For Medical, Safety, or Life-Threatening Emergencies, please dial 9-1-1.

Extra maintenance tips

  • Do not pour grease or cooking oil down the sinks. Pouring grease/oil down a drain slowly, gradually, creates a permanent grease buildup within your drain.
  • Never flush baby wipes down the toilets. You should never flush baby wipes, even those labeled “flush-able,” as they don't break down like toilet paper and create massive clogs in home plumbing, sewers, and treatment plants, leading to costly damage, backups, and environmental issues.
