It is the mission of the East Point Housing Authority to provide and encourage the development of quality affordable housing for individuals and families while promoting self-sufficiency and neighborhood revitalization.

Every person associated with EPHA is responsible for adhering to business practices that are in accordance with the letter and spirit of the applicable laws and ethical principles that reflect the highest standards of organizational and individual behavior. At EPHA, we are committed to the highest standards of honesty and integrity. We are responsible to our residents, employees, and their families and to the environment we inhabit.
