Privacy Agreement
1. Introduction
The East Point Housing Authority (“EPHA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the individuals we serve. This Privacy Agreement explains how we collect, use, protect, and share personal information in connection with our housing programs, services, and operations.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to:
- Name, address, phone number, and email address
- Date of birth and household information
- Income, employment, and financial information
- Social Security Number or government‑issued identification (when required)
- Housing application, eligibility, and residency information
- Communications with EPHA (in person, by phone, email, or online)
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Determine eligibility for housing programs and services
- Administer housing assistance and comply with federal, state, and local requirements
- Communicate with applicants, residents, and program participants
- Maintain records and improve our operations and services
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
EPHA does not sell or rent personal information. We may share information only as permitted or required by law, including:
- With the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or other government agencies
- With service providers or partners assisting EPHA in program administration

8. Changes to This Privacy Agreement
EPHA may update this Privacy Agreement from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted or otherwise distributed by EPHA.
