Front Desk Administrator

 

The East Point Housing Authority seeks a Full Time Front Desk Administrator. Under direct supervision of the Housing Director, performs responsible receptionist, administrative, and clerical work. Maintains open communication with management, consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when interacting with residents, co-workers and the general public. Experience with subsidized housing is a plus. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalency and three years of full-time paid experience working in human services involving direct services to clientele. Additional training highly desirable. Must possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation. Applicant must successfully complete a drug screen, have a clean driving record with the Department of Motor Vehicles, and pass a criminal history/law enforcement background check. Salary: $14.58 - $17.83 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits: Paid vacation and holiday policy, health, dental, and vision insurance, and retirement plan. The East Point Housing Authority seeks a Full Time Maintenance Technician

 

Under general supervision of the East Point Housing Authority (EPHA) Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on Authority buildings, grounds, apartments, and equipment as assigned. Work is generally performed at the journeyman level.
